Toronto's Vivek Shraya has released a new album called If We're Not Talking, and it is a hot, fun mess of electro pop. Produced by Meghan Toohey, I highly recommend picking up this album, as well as heading over to VS' MySpace and downloading his cover of The White Stripes' "Seven Nation Army".
